Life & Wealth Management is an independently owned firm, run by father and son duo Jim and Preston Slack. We understand the importance of long-term financial planning, and our goal is to help our clients achieve their financial goals and build a secure future. We provide access to retirement income and growth solutions without downside market risk and downside market volatility.
Our team has financial services experience in five different decades and has resolved the industry's definition of risk and how it was not translatable to most clients. We have watched as the industry began using "Risk Tolerance Questionnaires" in an attempt to identify a client's "Maximum Risk Tolerance". Unfortunately, many of those clients and their assets were then positioned to experience it.
Since most people spend more time on planning a vacation that planning their financial future, we wanted to create an achievable way for clients and prospects to relate to their current situation, identify their ideal retirement situation, and ultimately create an achievable retirement income scenario with less market risk and a high probability of success.
We spend time educating our clients to the realities of the retirement world and help them base their expectations accordingly. We help clients grow their assets during their accumulation years as well as helping them develop their Retirement Income Plan.

Life & Wealth Management is a proud partner of the American Subcontractors Association of Oklahoma. ASAOK is made up of 120+ members across the state of Oklahoma, with the majority of the membership in Oklahoma City and Tulsa.
We support the core values which include advocacy, networking, and education. Our Mission is to promote and develop the fair representation of subcontractors and suppliers through advocacy and education. ASAOK is made up of 60% Subcontractors, and 40% are Suppliers and Service Providers. Our members can range from 2 employees – 1,000’s of employees, and $1Ms in Gross Rev. per year.
